Our mission: Manufacture small and medium size machined parts (milling and turning) and assemblies, heat treatment, processing, plating and shipping complete parts.

Company history: Maxima Precision was founded in 1994 to support the aerospace industry. Today we support several aircraft manufacturers in the USA and outside, building small aluminum fittings to more complex 4 and 5 axis inconel and titanium parts. Today we operate in 24,000 square feet facility and have over 40 associates.

Capabilities:

Inspection: Coordinate Measuring Machine - CMM, X=50" x Y=80" x Z=30"

Milling: 3, 4 and 5 axis up to X=150" x Y=30" x Z=30"

Turning: 6" dia x 36" long

Engineering: Maxima Precision uses 2 state of art CAD/CAM, Mastercam systems. Mastercam is known worldwide and can read and translate any engineering format including solid and wire frame Catia.
